All of a sudden I am looking at a screen with teeny, tiny letters. Makes me want to get one of those big magnifying glasses. What do I change to go back? I have been messing around in the control panel>display with no luck.

Use the shortcut keys to increase the font size.
Mine are "Apple" and "Plus" (you don't need the shift key)
I forget the Windows keystrokes.

Windows, Firefox or IE7+ --- use control "+" to turn up font size.

You made me think. Now I realize I will have to have a sex change, move to San Antonion and join the KKK. Then I will have seen everything.

Problem with using Ctl and +, so many website creators don't set the width correstly, so you then have to scroll sideways when using large magnification.

The hit control and the minus sign to reduce the font.
If either of the two sizes don't work, then it's the website's fault and not mine.

Actually, Paolo's suggestion works pretty slick. I have used ctl + or ctl - a couple of times already.
