Hi everyone

I came across this community and I thought it seemed interesting. I remember reading about harems and stuff where the women were kept in droves by some king, and they were tended to be eunichs. That always seemed interesting to me.

What I never understood about that was that they were supposed to be athletic and fit and muscular, yet as I understand it, testosterone is a critical part of the muscle-building process, yet people say that without testicles you do not get testosterone.

Yet women have testosterone, just as men have estrogen, and they do not have testicles, so clearly there's something more complicated going on!

Anyway, I have never liked testicles very much, they get in the way and are a vulnerable place where you could get kicked so you wear a cup. Now, even without them it would still be a vulnerable area (I am sure women do not enjoy being there) but I imagine it would be easier to manage.

Just think about ballet, there have to lift them out of the way and stuff. I know sometimes when I am trying some inside crescent kicks, the transverse hip adduction creates somewhat of a 'smushing' effect.

The only thing is, surgery is not only expensive, but scary because it has a lot of risks! Another thing is, I have heard that the hormonal changes could be dangerous. I am not very knowledgeable about endrocrinology. I mean, I like the idea of not having to worry about ladies accidentally getting pregnant (I wonder for people who opt to have this done, do you store some samples in the freezer in case you ever want children?) but I want to be really muscular some day and I am worried that might be hard if I do not have testosterone being produced. I don't like the idea of needing to rely on supplementing steroids or whatever since that would be expensive.

So basically, this is something I think people who have a lot of money would feel safer doing?

Welcome to the zoo.

Feel free to use the search feature, as you will find answers to a lot of your questions already posted somewhere.

It is only my personal opinion, but I do believe that those who don't have to worry about the cost of medical care for an 'elective' surgery such as this would indeed feel more comfortable with it.
