Siterone while dieting?

I decided now would be as good a time as any to take the plunge and order some siterone. I'm currently on a diet and even though I'm taking vitamin supplements I doubt I'm meeting my RDAs for most vitamins and minerals - in the near future I'm planning on recording every detail of my daily nutrition so I can have more control over these factors. Currently I'm just counting calories. I'm slightly paranoid about any drug with significant hepatotoxicity. Is dieting likely to increase the risks? I don't mind waiting ~6 months until I've completed my diet if necessary for safety reasons, but otherwise I'd like to get started as soon as the pills arrive.

Only a doctor who is actually treating you can actually answer this, and even then only with blood chemistry labs. If this diet is really that sever, it should be medically supervised anyways.
Good luck, and keep in mind some method of calorie control is a good idea when using a drug that is designed to slow your metabolism as any hormone blocking drug will do. Keep in mind there are two (2) methods of calorie control one is to reduce calorie intake, and the other is to INCREASE calorie expenditure.

One thing you must increase is your calcium levels. An eunuch should be getting 1500mg a day and D must be taken as well
Wish you all the best in your test.

Thanks guys. I'll make sure to boost my calcium intake. These vitamin pills only contain like 200mg of calcium and I'm not really getting any through food since I stopped putting milk on my breakfast. I did some reading and spinach and tofu are both supposed to be good. But I can always get calcium supplements if I'm unable to get enough from food. As for vitamin D, 100% RDA should be enough right? I think everyone from the UK should be taking it anyway, it's not like we get any sunlight!

I was at my doctor yesterday and asked about how much calcium I should be taking. He knows that I am an eunuch. 1500mg a day he said. He also said I should be taking more then the RDA amount for vitamin D. He wants me to get another blood test to see what my vitamin D levels are in winter. Some people need to get a vitamin D shot. He said it is hard to get that much calcium in food. I am taking 5 horse size pills of calcium a day. Could not see how you could get that much calcium just in food.

Your comment intrigued me because I've been wondering the same thing myself, so I decided to see if I could find an answer.
I did a quick spreadsheet based on the nutritional content on foods that are known to be high in calcium. According to my calculations, you'd need to drink 1.2 litres (5 cups) or eat 1.5kg (3.3lbs) of spinach per day! Obviously that's not realistic.
However when I put in the figures for cheese things looked a bit more hopeful; you'd need about 180-185g (6.5oz) of cheddar or mozzarella, or just 130g (4.5oz) of gruyère. Of course if you're also dieting that could be problematic as 130g of gruyère contains about 540 calories.
So it's definitely possible. I doubt I would actually do it, since it's easier to just get supplements and not worry so much about what you're eating, but I find it interesting working out how a human being can meet its dietary requirements. Sometimes I think the entire world must be quietly suffering from malnutrition.

I will add something to this...your natural cravings and appetite will change too as your hormones change; calories in and calories out are as much a function of your cravings as they are of your conscious decisions. For instance I was a huge chocoholic when my hormones were low; I was actually addicted to the stuff. I usually have decent self-control, but wow, you should have seen me devour entire chocolate bars.

i agree with the change in cravings. I cannt get enough red meat now. although i am good about it, i feel like i could eat a whole cow. Thought it was low iron and its not, just a total change in cravings.

Exactly, I'd chow down on a big steak then an entire bar of dark chocolate.
