Mainstream fiction involving penectomy

Okay so sometimes I run across something in the mainstream that just screams for attention from the EA crowd. Scott Sigler's "Infected" is a great scifi / horror novel where the main character takes a pair of chicken scissors to Big Jim and The Twins (if ya know what I mean, and I think you do) after being infected with a parasite that starts controlling his mind. Beyond the obvious interest for this group, it's a great read from a great author, so I highly recommend it.
