Spironolactone and paranoia...

I'm not medically recognized as paranoid, but perhaps I should be.
I've begun today, after much research, taking 25mg of spironolactone. I'm only 110 pounds, not an ounce of fat on me. About an hour in, I started to experience tiredness. I blamed it on placebo and, I figured, maybe it was just being introduced to my body. No problem.
But now I feel a weakness and heaviness in the legs, particularly calf.
spironolactone may increase the amount of potassium in your blood. Stop using spironolactone and check with your doctor right away if you are having abdominal pain; confusion; difficult breathing; irregular heartbeat; nausea or vomiting; nervousness; numbness or tingling in hands, feet, or lips; shortness of breath; or weakness or heaviness of legs .
There was a small amount of head fatigue, but I blame smoking yesterday. (probably not a great idea, oh well) I want to know if I should be worried. I was watching my potassium just finely, I haven't had a drastic amount and it's only 25mg. (though I am small) I wonder if this is mostly placebo and if anyone could tell me the feeling in the legs simply goes away.
It's pretty important to me, I want to pretty much get rid of my libido and in general be more at peace. More calm. Tell me what you all think. For now I'm going to drink lots of water and continue the spiro...
Edit: I can't breathe incredibly deeply. I wonder if I'm just causing myself the stress. I shouldn't have smoked yesterday and I should've gotten a blood test to be sure of everything. I don't think I'll take them tomorrow after all. Tell me what you guys think anyway...
Edit 2: Just relaxing and my symptoms seem to be better but I can kinda feel a weakness in the hands. .___.;
