Pasting a hyper-link is a fairly thing to do an a PC.

Highlight the URL of the link, the best place for that is in the Address bar line. Make sure you include the "http://" that way the message board will automatically convert it into a clickable link.

Once you have the link highlighted, right-click on the highlighted text and select "Copy" from the menu that appears. Then type your message here and when ready to paste the link, right click and select "Paste" from the menu. Your link should now be pasted into the message.

For those people that prefer to use the keyboard over the mouse, you can do the same thing once the text is highlighted by using the following key strokes:

[Ctrl]+[C] = copy

[Ctrl]+[X] = cut

[Ctrl]+[V] = paste

This should work for almost any windows program. Some programs only let you do it by Right Clicking the mouse, and others (like the Eunuch Archive Chat Room) only support the Keyboard method.

BTW, I recommend that you click the "Preview Reply" button and test the links out before submitting. You can also check that your formatting took place correctly. Sometimes you will get some strange results with the program converting Hyper-Link or smilies incorrectly due to how the text is spaced.
