I only knows commercial or image based site.
of course I like here. but it's majority is castration.

Depends on your point of view - if you like giving pain then yes, but if you like receiving it...
One could also infer that you meant your hand hitting your own testicles.
I, myself, have just a bit too much of a sense of self preservation to inflict as much pain on myself as I would like and have to find others to do the hurtin' for - er to - me.

Oh, technicality, its not if you enjoy the giving or the receiving that counts, but the best site for CBT is still when someone's hand hits someone's scrotum (even if its someone else)!
