After several weeks of low turnout in the scheduled chat rooms, I have come to the conclusion that we might as well close down room #5 and put an end to the concept of scheduled chats. This would leave room #1, of course. This is being typed at 8:40 AM sunday morning after another minimal experience in room #5.

I am not available for chat on Sunday morning or afternoon.

Sunday Scheduled Chat,

Yes this sunday was lite but I remember a couple of weeks ago when there was a good group. I do believe Andrew was there as well. I am not sure I want to give up on the scheduled chat just yet but it might be nice to add some different times that would include other parts of the world or different times of the day in the for North America.

I think a lot of people have problems making it to the Schedule chats because of the timing. I know that the last few Wednesday Schedule Chats I showed up to had very few if anyone show up. I haven't made it for the last 3 Wednesday chats due to my schedule at work. I have noticed that Wednesdays on the normal seem to be slow, and not as many people visit the chat room. I’ll try and start keeping better track of when the heavier periods are during the week. I know that usually between 8-11PM Eastern Time it is very active on the Chat Forum.

Sunday mornings I'm usually in the middle of sleeping, recovering from a long nights worth of chatting, or torturing myself. Have tried to stay up and extra 4-6 hours, so I could chat during the Sunday Schedule chats, but have found that’s not a very wise idea

I think it would be wise to try and add another time/date for the schedule chat like Riverwind suggested, or consider changing the time/day for the current Schedule chats.

For those who don't know the Schedule Chats are currently scheduled as follows:

Sunday 4:00PM (GMT) 11:00AM (Eastern) 8:00AM (Pacific)

Wednesday 1:00AM (GMT) 8:00PM (Eastern) 5:00PM (Pacific)

Much as I'd love to, I just dont' have the time. Especially THOSE times. Oh well...

is it possible then for every one to come up with time that they are available to make scheduled chats and then time with the majority of votes so to speak could be the new time

I admit that i havnt been to many scheduled chats recently but that is because of personal circumstances but would love to see the scheduled chats moved to a time when more people who post here can make it

These are the worst times of the week for a chat. Why not have them in the middle of the night when people are awake.

Yep I agree those times don't seem to bevery busy on the Chat System. Tonight only 2 people showed up, and whey didn't say anything. The entered the room and left in a short period of time.
