Muscle eunuch

This week I met one of the members of EA who is a eunuch. He defies the notion that being a eunuch means being fat and out of shape. He has one of the most beautiful bodies that I have ever seen... of course this is no accident he is at the gym daily , eats very sensibly etc... He is not on a particularly high does of T and keeps his sex drive to a minimum.This is what... I hope to achieve myself.... ..He is also a really nice person who lives in a beautiful setting of rolling farm land

Glad you met a fellow member of the archive. Perhaps we can encourage him to make a post outlining his health regimen? It's one thing for us to have intact men telling us how they do it, quite another for one of our own telling us about his own success with keeping fit.

Now that is one eunuch I want to talk to!! I am still intact but still hope to lose my balls one day and be muscular at the same time.

I hope he at least posts how he does it.

While I'm not muscular at all - never was, I find that it's not at all difficult to maintain one's muscularity and sexuality with a moderate HRT regimen (Androgel in my case). I currently do ~50-60% of the standard testosterone dose recommended by my GP. While I'd like to be in better shape, age is now working against me. I've nevertheless maintained my weight at less than when my testicles were initially severed ~10 years ago. Farming helps. Even if I'm not doing a cardio regimen on most days, a day of chores seems to keep me in shape.

EA member "Streetglide" asked me to post this response to you post this reply to your questions:

Eat very carefully, stay away from things like PIZZA! High protein, low fats, moderate carbs, small meals often, and don't eat much late in the day...big meals early.

Exercise, lift 3 days/ week, cardio one hour 3 days/ week...I have an active job too, which helps.

Take HRT. Some guys might not want this. I don't think it's possible to be built very well without some testosterone. Skinny would probably be the best case scenario.

None of this is anything new or enlightening, just standard bodybuilder info.

Well know I know,

I have gained about 70 lbs or so sense I was castrated, because of health issues and money I don't get the workout I should, but as for eating, mmmmmmmmmmmm.

I just finished breakfast,

It started with me cutting up some potatoes for hash browns which I added some chopped onion and bacon, I added some color with so fresh Cilantro. In another bowl I started the eggs, added chopped tomatoes. When this was all cooked it two pans I added the shredded cheese, avocado, cottage cheese, and fresh home made salsa. Add a couple flour tortillas and a glass of OJ. Breakfast.

If you have doubts of this ask Paolo, he has enjoyed one of this breakfasts and survived.

I can't wait for dinner.

Since I am no longer sexually active I have to take care of my oral compulsion some way and it has become with food. Your breakfast sounds great. Mine was simpler, two eggs over easy, 4 strips of bacon, some great multigrain toast and black coffee. I like my coffee hot, strong and black like our President.

I must admit, I did skip all other meals today, I have Breakfast at 11 am and its midnight and I am still not hungry but there are these Chocolate Chip Cookies I made the other day that are calling me.

Oh crap River!!! No wonder you've gained!!! Whoops, I'm not supposed to be here am I?

Who cares!

River, you know better! Stay away from the cheese and avacado!! The eggs and potatoes are fine in moderation. And try to eat small meals throughout the day. Eating a big meal and then not eating the rest of the day makes you're body go into starvation mode and makes it hang onto fat because it doesn't know when the next meal is coming.

I'm no model, but thank you Milkman. It was fun meeting you. Sorry I fed you pizza! It was lowfat cheese in my defense!
