Story author email change?

Hi folks,

I'm just curious - is it possible to have the email address displayed on a story of yours changed or removed? I've got an old story up on the archive which still shows an old email address of mine, but that address is going to be deactivated in the not too distant future when the domain in question expires, so I'd like to get rid of it.

Ideally, I'd just like to have the email address removed entirely (if I get feedback at all, it tends to be hate mail, so there's hardly any point in keeping it). Alternatively, it could be changed to something else.

Is that possible at all? Thanks! :)

Nah, addresses that are submitted are a fixed element. Quite a few go nowhere.... WAY too much work doing edits on stuff like that!

Ah, that's a pity. So there's no way to convince one of the powers that be to edit the file by hand? :)

Nope, you haven't convinced me, and won't. Sorry.
