This question comes about as the result of a conversation with Treasure, the Asian "katoey"(sp?) with whom I share some quality time on occasion. "She" still has her teeny weeny wienie (and an empty little tab where her balls once resided,) and can produce a wee dribble during orgasm. This makes me wonder if, since an SRS recipient still has a prostate, she produces semen, minus sperm, of course, in the event she has an orgasm.

While I have my doubts as to whether someone who has undergone SRS is capable of orgasm via " vaginal" intercourse or oral sex I'm guessing that anal sex, if the partner's peepee or some sort of toy rubs against the prostate, may trigger an orgasm of sorts. If so, does any ejaculate exit the urethra?

"Treasure", my Asian "katoey" friend still has her peepee (minus ballsies) and does manage a dribble of clear and thin semen when she orgasms and that is not all that rare. She claims to have seen, while still her native land, a "sister" who had undergone SRS produce a fairly copious amount of semen during an orgasm induced via anal intercourse, aided by a vibrator applied to her man-made clitoris. According to Treasure, the product exited the urethra in three or four little gushes rather than spurts.

The answer is, yes the prostate still produces fluids. However, the ductiles are rerouted into the neo-vagina for lubrication. In this way the new vagina is self lubricating. While it is not the same quantity that a natal woman would have, what would normally be "precum" gives initial lubrication and for those lucky enough to orgasm after SRS\GRS, will find themselves sleeping in the "wet spot".

Elizabeth is absolutely correct on this matter. Having had the SRS procedure myself and after asking my surgeon about the issue of lubrication for my new "girl parts", she informed me that this is the very reason she does not remove the prostate gland.

After being on female hormone therapy for a long period of time, your prostate gland does shrink down to about the size of a peanut and does not produce anywhere near the amount of semen it once did, it will still produce enough to provide some moderate lubrication for the vagina.

Whereas I have never had SRS, I have always done exactly the same thing as Treasure. Only one in a set of multis will be wet though with the others being dry. I did once have a prostate examination at a free screening and the doctor said he couldn't even find it although he was sure that it had to be there somewhere. At any rate it certainly wasn't swollen.

I have read that about 70% of M2F TS can orgasm after the SRS. Are there any orgasmic fluids or not depends their HRT dosage and, partially, SRS method.

I believe that remaining shrinking prostatic tissue may be stimulated through the vaginal intercourse (direct equivalent of G-spot in non TS females)

btw. non TS females have some rudimentary prostatic tissue too. This is why they have so called G-spot. Doctors just recently started recognizing this. This tissue inflamation may perfectly explain idiopathic UTI symptoms, or "honeymoon cystitis" in women.

I self lubricate quite a bit, I still like to use a sex jelly though (starting to have more sex now).

Wet dreams? This probably indicates that you can orgasm. It may be that your sexual partners are doing something incorrectly, or there may be a psychological things (like desperately wanting to get orgasm, or any other thoughts/emotional problems that prevents you from attaining it).

I've had sex five times since SRS. I orgasmed but nothing wet. The orgasms are nice but nothing as intense as pre-SRS or as I hear some post-ops experience.

I'm interested in the fact that the post SRS girl who ejaculated quite substatantially was recieveing an erect penis in her anus. I wonder how much that has to do with the ejaculation and orgasm she had?
