Hi All,

I am seriously considering a surgical castration and scrotal reduction. Of course reputable surgeons require a letter from a therapist confirming suitability for the procedure.

Can anyone recommend a therapist in the UK (preferably in the Midlands but not essential) who is able to provide "the letter" confirming I'm not completely insane (after relevent meetings obviously) to a willing surgeon. I really don't see myself as M2F so I'm ideally looking for a therapist who doesnt see gender in terms of one thing or another (googling really doesnt produce any clear indicators and of coarse no recommendations).

You really haven't given us very much to go on. Your profile says that you've been a registered member of the Eunuch Archive for six years, but this is only your second post. Good advice really requires more background information about you and the reasons why you are seeking castration. Why don't you initiate a conversation here about your reasons. I do have some possibilities for you in the Midlands, but which one depends on information that you haven't made available yet.
