I have been reading about penis shrinkage due to castration. Yes it is true. The penis shrinks when someone has a castration. Even if one takes testosterone the penile tissue will still shirk. I have read here and have seen a desire to shrink the penis even further. I am currently using Premarin Vaginal Cream on my penis to see if Estrogen will shrink my penis to even a smaller size. I am monitering it and measuring it. In time I will have the answer. I beleive that it will shirink with the addition of the Estrogen. From ewhat i have read the main cause of penis shrinkage is due to extended periods of time where no erection occurs. This is due to atrophy of the spongy tissues through lack of engorgement.

To facilitate this the use of Anti-androgens (such as Androcur, Spironolactone and Siterone - a generic Androcur, containing cyproterone Acetate) reduces testosterone levels and so removes the triggers for erections and normal male sexual response.

The addition of estrogen into the mix, or the application of estrogen in sufficient quantity, also has the effect of furhter reducing the testosterone level. There is of course a feminisation element to this too, which, although for some like me is highly desirable - in fact necessary, may have a small effect.

My expereince over the last 3 - 4 months on both Siterone and estrogen has in fact almost removed my ability to become erect (thank goodness) and has inded resulted in some shrinkage. The shrinkage so far is probably in the order of 20 - 25%.

I fail to understand your thoughts. If you get castrated you greatly reduce the production testosterone to near zero. This will indeed will cause reduction of erection and shrinkage. Now if you are taking testosterone that will reverse the effects of castration. So you will have net zero change in size. Fail to understand what you accomplish in this treatment?

Using prermain and/or estrogen will reduce the testosterone. Applying it to the penis will have no different effect if it is applied to other parts of your body. (As far with I understand about those hormones.) What I have read is that the normal application of the hormones is recommend to apply to the abdomen and thighs. You apply it to a different parts of the body rotating.

I have been taking Androcur on-and-off for over 4 years now. I have seen shrinkage in my genitals, but my testicles more so than the penis. Most of the time, while soft, my circumcised penis now look like uncut with a full foreskin. (Went from about 7 cm to 4 cm.) But then, the soft size varies during different times of day. Mornings are usually a bit longer, and the foreskin disappears. Mid-afternoons are when it gets to be shortest.

For a period of time, I tried taking Androcur plus this estrogen gel. I got noticeable breast development and very painful nipples. The balls were the first to shrink very rapidly. My penis continued to shrink. So I quickly stopped the estrogen and phased in Tamoxifen to stop any further feminization.

That combination worked really well with completely losing all sexual interest, thoughts and of course responses. Although I loved the eunuch calm, my body did not quite like the side effects and I had to phase out all the chemicals.

I have gone off all chemicals for many months now, and I have not seen much regrowth to speak of. However, a low level of libido returned along with my ability to get weak hard ons when stimulated.

After about 6 months of rest from all chemicals, for the past 2 months, I have started a low dose of Estrogen gel alone, applied directly onto my genitals.

Since I want to minimize feminization, I just used a very low dose, about half the recommended daily amount (meant for menopausal women), applied only every other day. My breasts feel just a little funny but never painful like I was on full dose in the past. I assume there is still some breast growth but only minimally.

My balls shrank significantly. Standing up, the sac look empty and flappy. When I shave my balls, the balls are now too small to help me keep the skin tight as they did in the beginning before all these treatments. Even pushing both balls together are not enough.

My penis also shrank but not as significantly. To be more precise, as I mentioned above, the penis cycles through different sizes during the course of a day. Now, it tends to stay in the smaller size (with the full foreskin) for most of the day, and it tends to retract back into its foreskin automatically without any need for help from my hands.

But being off Androcur, I now get an erection once in a blue morning and when becoming intimate. That might have prevented the penile shrinkage as much as I would have liked.

So far, I rather like the state I am in, especially if the balls and penis can continue its shrinkage, although a bit at a time.

Just one addendum: I usually apply the estrogen gel right after showers in the morning. Then I tuck my penis and balls (please see other posts I made on tucking for details) neatly into my body, put on 3 layers of tight g-strings to keep them all in. In the past before I tried any estrogen gel, I would enjoy the slight pressure compressing my penis and balls. But now, on the days when I just applied the estrogen gel, my cock will stop feeling any compression or even being there at all. I have to say, I love this complete absence of any feeling there.

Some men have resorted to more drastic means, removing their penises to satisfy their desire to become more feminine. I don't advise this unless you can find a reputable surgeon to do it. I realize that shrinking your penis is your desire, but how small do you want it to be? Do you hope to make it invisible or barely noticeable? Do you really want it gone eventually?

For me - yes I would like it totally gone with a urethra reroute, natural looking vulva, labia and clitoris. The vagina would also be nice but optional as I don't have any desire for sex with a man.

Mac, you're interesting. If you have no desire to have sex with a man, (I don't either) how do you think it'll be to have sex with a woman, minus your penis? I wonder how a woman would feel about you after the change? I suppose it would require a special woman, because from what I know, most heterosexual women expect a man to have a penis, without one, they'd probably freak.

I don't really know. I am rather happy with the shrinkage of my balls, and won't mind it if they shrink further, maybe by half their current size (to be like the size of an M&M), and won't feel too upset if they don't.

As for the penis, I can't say I am there yet. It still gets hard, now that I am about 8 months off Androcur. And at certain times of the day, it is just like its original size while other times, it is nice and small. If only it stays in the smallest size, like a little stub, I'd be fine. And its girth needs to be smaller.

I have read many people wanting a pre puberty size. Well, something like that would have been just fine.

I guess you would be happy with a small acorn sized penis as a result of your endeavours. Was it an advantage to be circumcised prior to your penile shrinkage in all of this process?
