Two years on Siterone

Post by gangly (imported) »

Yep !! two years on Tuesday. Most of you that have read my comment already know the changes in me, but for those of you wondering what will happen to you if you keep taking Siterone/Androcur for as long as I have, then keep reading. I did what I did to stop the compulsive need to orgasm constantly, it was an addiction that I chose to stop. I have a very loving wife and yes we have sex three times a week, sometimes but rarely four times. It is she who instigates sex and this is a good thing because I don't have the desire to start, but once we are getting into foreplay, I too get hard and have the desire.

I've mentioned the side effects, but I will tell you all of what I have noticed. I never get an erection at night, I have lost nearly all body hair but the hair on my head is lush [ sort of]. No more ear wax, feel the cold alot, have lost a real lot of strength, got man -boobs, very difficult to conjure up sexual thoughts, [ thank God for my wife !!], difficult to lose weight [ although I am not fat... bit over weight], testicals are smaller [but not penis], feel lethargic quite a bit and quite often [ not a lot of energy]. I think thats it, over the years I have mentioned varying symptoms. I am now down to 25mg of Siterone daily and this seems to be optimal without any re-introduction of what I didn't want, also on 25mg it is easier to 'come' than on 50mg. I mentioned on an other occassion that I am 49 years old, so I think age also has now an effect on testosterone loss. Well there you go, that's it. I feel more in control of my sexuality, but have sex and feelings, and as I have said many times, I got what I set out to do yet still have sex and love and orgasms, at the will of my wife !!!!!!!:)

I have been on siterone at least that long and rarely get excited and also have all the stuff mentioned in the thread except my penis is much smaller, over an inch shorter.

After almost nine months on siterone, almost all of the time on 50mg, supplemented by 20gr of tamoxifen, I have found that 50mg seems to put me on the cusp of what many others experience when they are castrated. I tried 25mg but my sex drive started to return. I'm now trying 100mg to see if there is any difference with the increased dosage.

Male sweat odour went away, and my wife noticed that any after shave cologne doesn/t have the same chemistry anymore

I'm on siterone (androcur in Greece but I guess it's the same) for about a month and my T is almost at castration level. Does siterone alone change fat distribution. Does head hair change structure at all like woman's hair? I guess that this things happen only if estrogen is supplied, or if the body produces any by itself... Am I right?

What sort of dosage mantonis? How did you know you were at castrate levels nearly?

Read my post "is this sign enough". I've seen some changes from the beginning (50mg/day) very fast like, morning erections gone, body skin softer and face skin turned from oily to almost dry, libido gone etc. I went to a lab to test my T and liver. My T was around 0.85 ng/ml and normal values were 3-11 ng/ml...
