Well, I just looked at it and it sounds nice to me. Unfortunately, I don't think it's ever going to be implemented everywhere. Various governments can parade and preach all they want to, but in the end, do we really have any rights at all?
I think we do (have rights) because we think we do. Your rights only extend to the point to where they inconvenience the government.
If they ever do let go of that PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS thing, though, look out!

They already have. It is called the drug laws.
