Well, I don't think I count as a 'bottom' because, in a long life, it just hasn't happened that way.

But for many years I have had a significant solo anal fetish (using rather large toys and taking delight in retaining them for several hours at a time).

Of course I do like my rectum (and as much deeper than that as I can manage) to be as clear as possible of unattractive matter when I'm playing, so I do what is necessary to cleanse it.

In earlier days this would normally have meant a deep, hi-volume enema (4 UK pints or even a little more), but for the last few years I've been using a douche plug that screws on to the shower hose in place of the usual shower head.

I do keep the water pressure fairly low.

The plug usually goes to a depth of about 5 inches and remains there until the outflow has run clear for a few minutes. Sometimes, however, the inner muscles relax enough to admit my douche to a 10-inch depth or more, and this always results in a highly satisfactory cleansing.

I usually allocate between 10 and 20 minutes to this preparation.

You could probably just get some fleets enemas. If you use the soap suds it can cause to irritation to the mucosa of the colon. If you used the saline Fleets enema, it should clean you out fairly well without to much irritation. If you came up with a good way to clean the tips/bottles you could refill them. Maybe a rinse and run threw the dishwasher.

hemorrhoidal suppositories about 10 minutes before

intercourse. This provides much-needed lubrication.

Important to note, hemorrhoid suppositories would not be compatible with latex based condoms.

Listen to your body if you do this sort of thing.

Pain is a signal to stop.

Be very careful of overfilling. With a shower connection, you should use a slow flow, preferably with a flow-meter. Don't ever do more than 4 quarts (1 gallon) if you are used to high volume enemas.

Always use salt in the water to avoid electrolytic imbalance. Keep in mind, if you wouldn't drink it, then don't inject it into your colon. Soap can cause bad cramps and irritation.

Also be careful and do not ever force any tubing or nozzle in if it resists. A perforated colon is no fun and required professional medical care.
