Me, I can't eat onions anymore.
Peppers - fine.
Onions? No way...don't wanna be near me when I do, either.
Now, as for the rest of the spectrum...
Anyone ever get constipated?
Odd pains during digestion?
Gas, cramps, bloating?
Colonics, anyone?;)

Paolo as we have discussed in the past salads from a fast food chain that are treated with preservative cause me great distress. If I eat one it is either rush home or wait at the restaurant for the volcanic reaction.
Now that I am older I can not eat as much as before. Or if I do consume more food than I should I feel bad afterwards. One day I ate a 12 inch Subway sub when 6 inches would have been plenty. I felt bloated and nauseous as my body tried to process all that extra food.
My body has also begun to be bothered by excess salt. Blood pressure rises more when I eat Arby's roast beef than a McDonalds double cheeseburger. Put the blood pressure cuff on me and check before and after Kentucky Fried Chicken. Everything is too damn salty.
