Hi califsun08, welcome to the zoo. There are lots of people here to talk to amd many willing to offer advice where needed.

I see on your profile that your castration was for medical reasons and you wonder why anyone would want to do it by choice. As you get more acquainted with this group, you will find that there are many reasons why people do what they do, some valid and some appear not to be. There are several of us here that are body dysphoric and or gender dysphoric. We have many here with medical conditions that castration is a possible cure. That can range from cancer to overpowering sexual issues. We also have those here that have fetish or fantasy reasons, I tend to think of this as the dark side. There are also some that are here out of curiosity wanting to understand the why of all this.

Don't be afraid to ask questions, there are many here willing to help.
