Off Topic or Practice Drill for Gonex?

As it stands, this story is off topic. But it closely approximates some of the possible scenarios that have been mentioned here regarding the upcoming castration drug, Gonex. (One shot with a needle and you're castrated!)
After the drug hits the market (scheduled 2004) I expect to read many stories similar to this one, and they will NOT be off topic!

41 high school students victimized in pin-pricking spree
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (AP) _ Criminal summons were issued Thursday for two 16-year-old girls accused of pricking more than 40 high school students with safety pins, police said.
Detective Lt. Alex Minor said the two girls, who were not identified because of their age, will face several counts of harassment, all violations. They were expected to appear before a judge within the next week.
Minor said 41 students at Binghamton High School reported the pin prick attacks last Thursday and Friday. The spree apparently started as some sort of prank involving the two girls and some of their friends, and they got carried away and began pricking people at random, he said. Police said only two safety pins were used.
"It appears that it was some bad judgment, something they really didn't think about," Minor said.
Principal Albert A. Penna said school nurses had screened the students who were pricked and reviewed their immunization records. Vaccines were administered to those who needed them, he said. Health officials said no infections had been reported.
