I am seriously interested in penis inversion surgery (man pussy). I will take hormones to keep my masculine qualities. The only thing that prevents me from getting it done is knowing Where to get it done with out having to go through psycological evaluation. I have seen photos of men with a pussy but have no idea how they accomplished it. I am quite jealous actually ...lol
Can anyone help?

Re: Penis Inversion Surgery
Try any of the sex change surgeons for this. They would do the best job. Any other type of doctor is almost out of question. You will have go through all the psychological evaluation as any TS would go through. That is very good for you are making a life changing operation.
Going out of the states you may get it done with less questions.

Hi MrMoJo1007,
The only people that I know of that perform this type of surgery on the North American continent and to a large part in other areas of the world are the surgeons that specialize in SRS (sex reassignment surgery) or GRS (gender reassignment surgery).
The majority of these surgeons follow a very strict code of ethics known as the Harry Benjamin Standards of Care which requires that you meet the following requirements or criteria.
Two letters from therapist or psychologists certifying a diagnosis of GID or Gender Identity Disorder.
Being on female hormone therapy for at least 1 year.
Living one's life full time 24/7 as a woman.
I don't know if you would be willing to put yourself through this unless you are transgendered or go to some back alley doctor, but to me my life's a little to precious for that.
Other than that I'm afraid it's just a fantasy.

Re: Penis Inversion Surgery
I'm sorry to tell you :You've to consider to be trans.
I went to Thaïland in april, even there, they don't perform this surgery without 6months of œstrogens and Psy letters.
By my side, I really wanted to get ride of it asap, because I felt in a rush... I felt I was loosing my mind, really depress, etc...
Obviously, in Thaïland, I'd to pass all theses tests again (to evaluate my GID) 400$ and 7hours... And the psy said he needed 1week to get all results.
So forget this...
Maybe what you want is still possible in India, but take your informations carefully...
And by the way :I started the protocol in september with acetate of cyproterone (Androcur) - I'm chemically castrated, and It's a feedom!!!
I'm not bored all mornings with this stupid damn erection. I'm really free of it in my mind.
The wrong side of this medication, are the dangerous side effects. So I'll see the endocrinologist next month and I'll begin œstrogens.
Since january I lost almost 17Kg to be 75Kg for 178cm(36yo)... I keep hope to become credible quickly (in the next 15months).
Also, if I can give you a tip: With all my reflexions in last months, I've to agree, if I'd my SRS in april, I may ask the protocol after a while...
If you take the sex of the opposit gender, with time you'll feel between 2 and face depress...
I think the way doctors purpose things is the best way to feel better.
I want to say, in 2009 I was really close to the rope (sure you'll understand)... I took antidepress during 1year and half... I felt my life passing like reading a comic book... This is not the answer.
44 is not too old to begin the transition, and also you've to know : all steps in the protocol can be negociated with your psy.
At the end : He/She will take the decision to let you go (to srs) or not... This surgery is generally gived 18months after your first appointment to the psy (if you can show no doubts).
Any way, I wish you good luck and courage if you're so bad as I was...

Most of the pictures of men with a pussy you see are female to male transsexuals who started out with a pussy then took male hormones and had their breasts removed. (see Buck Angel the porn star) A few were male to female transsexuals who had SRS and then changed back, (effectively male to female to male transsexuals) Hearsay says there are a few minor Thai SRS surgeons who will do it without the preliminary hormones and psych, but I can't verify that. If you want to achieve this it is probably going to take subterfuge, lying to a therapist to convince him you want to become a woman. It will probably involve taking female hormones for a while till you can get the surgery, possibly a mastectomy to get rid of unwanted breast tissue. Not a path I would recommend.
