Probably. AsI undertsand it, your testicles shrink and sperm production drop when on androcur but come back when the medication is stopped. Still, if you feel real strongly about having children, do what many men about to have a vasectomy do and bank some sperm.

I guess my first question is why would you want to take Androcur, which works wonderful and wonder if you can still have kids. I would think you have it in the wrong order. Kids first then castration.

I have grown kids and I am now on Androcur, T count 35. it does work.

OH yes your question, as I understand the instructions if you stop taking the drug after a while like 3 months you will be as horny as ever and ready to father a multitued of kids.
