HI could anyone tell me about the side effects when full castration is undertaken and the balls are removed please. !

Please read the many post in the different threads. Many of us have told their experience of castration and the effects. Everyone is different on just what you get and the degree you get. The thread that Kristoff gave has a list of the effects of castration. Some people may experience some additional ones.

The best way to see just what side effects you will get is to do chemical castration for 6 months. You will get a first hand experience of just how your body and mind will be effected to the effects of castration.
