Im not a eunuch yet but I just found out dr. kimmel retired. As far as I know there is no one else that will perform voluntary castrations without transgender. Is there anyone I can go to now? If not I may have no choice but to do it myself and have the ER clean it up.

Also, is there any legal way to get chemical castration in the U.S.?

There are still doctors that will do castrations. They are very hard to find. They may only do it for a very few people. You have to convince them of the person need of being castrated.

Look in the thread Chemical Castration & Hormones and you will see a great many people and the different ways they used chemical castration methods. Some drugs you can get from doctors. Others you can get from the internet. The threads have very much information. You can ask questions after you have read through some of them.
