Bilateral Orchiectomy would only be a temporary step towards my goal of a neuter condition. I never had the urge to breed.

No testicles alone would not be gratifying enough. Anal sex and stimulation of my prostate is what I really like, now. To be

I surely want to do it! Thanks for the advice. Australia is a long way from India, which I find a bit scarey. Maybe if I give myself a bilateral orchiectomy, I could get a doctor her to give me a penectomy
