Since I can't sleep, thought I'd ask - What's playing on your media device, or the last audio artist you listened to?

My current track - "Ave Verum", by Libera; from "Free", 2004.

Unfortunately, my pre-amp has developed a fault which means that it has lost a channel for CD, vinyl and tape and I cannot afford a new one of that quality so I do not use them at the moment.

However, steam radio still works ok and that is tuned almost permanently to Classic FM. At the moment it is playing Vivaldi. In less than 1 hour, they will be broadcasting the results of the annual poll of the top 300 pieces of classical music to which I shall listen, on and off, for the next three days.

I have it on my iPhone and it managed to play itself through the on-board speaker at a most inappropriate time. Boy, was I embarassed!

For those of you that don't know, the second word of C.S.F. is Sucking. The song starts out, "I'm a C. Sucking F...."

Had to reply, "Pink Floyd" "Meddle" on 33 1/3 LP, it took years to find another turntable and it is not the same as it is on cd. Took a trip in the delorian.
