I guess everybody here has their own weird thing they want to do. Some want castration whilst still leaving the sac, some want total nullo, etc.

I think this would be interesting. To have a penectomy, but saving some erogenous tissue. Then removing the sack, and relocating the testes inside the pelvic area out of sight. It would allow for natural hormones, sexual pleasure, and a smooth, genderless appearance.

That would be awesome.. but testcles inside the body might be at greater risk of cancer..

I don't think wearing bacon on your head will help, though.

It might be some weird cure for baldness - it certainly would be better than chicken shit which used to be recommended at one time.
