Of that i have no doubt at all.... Nah just kidding. It's probably the "Uncanny Valley (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uncanny_valley)" effect. The closer new technology CG and AI allow us to imitate or even recreate real life the more we become uncomfortable with it.
