Mmm... being perfectly smooth...

You know what would feel nice to me (this might just be a fantasy)...
Being perfectly smooth on the outside, like Eunuch Tom (http://www.bmeworld.com/smooth/00_02.htm) (aka smooth@null.net). The penis and scrotum would be removed, with the urinary opening repositioned to a position pointing straight down. Urination is fast; other than the time required to pull down one's pants and sit down, there is no time required to wipe the labia (like most women have to) or shake the penis (like most men have to).
Without a penis, there would be nothing to get caught in one's pants. (Right now, several times a day I have to adjust my penis because it got tangled in my underwear, or because I happened to get an erection and I don't want people to see it.) My crotch would be perfectly smooth. If I get hit on the crotch (e.g. falling on the bar of my bike) it won't hurt nearly as much.
As for the testicles, they could either be removed (which gives all the advantages and disadvantages of being castrated), or sealed inside the inguinal canal (which may increase risk of testicular cancer, but doesn't cause the effects of castration).
If the testicles are sealed, then they will still cause sex drive which can be more difficult to satisfy without a penis. (Not like I'd ever find someone to have sex with...) Although, with a surgeon who's experienced in operating on M2F transexuals, the erectile tissue from the penis could be preserved on the body (like a clitoris) and would function like a clitoris.
Then, electrolysis/laser hair removal could be done to remove/reduce all the body hair. Smooth legs feel nicer, for example, and it's convenient to not have to shave the beard. (I am seriously considering permanent facial hair removal. It's not a drastic operation, and it would be socially acceptable with just about everyone.)
Hmm. Assuming the inguinal operation... Good points:
- penis doesn't get caught in pants
- getting hit on the crotch hurts a lot less
- no more annoying erections
- can still have sex the way a lesbian does
- nice smooth hairless skin
- won't get anyone pregnant
Bad points:
- it costs time and money to do this
- what would my family think?
- can't stand up to pee (I do it occasionally in dirty bathrooms)
- increased risk of testicular cancer?
Hey, does anyone know where I can find information related to the above, especially regarding the effects of sealing the testicles in the inguinal canal? I'd love to read about it!
