impotence surgery

I know this is somewhat off-topic, but please indulge me.

I'm exploring the idea of becoming completely limp / impotent. I've tried some medicinal options without a lot of success. I'd like to get some feedback from anyone who knows anything about surgery that could help me?

Specifically, I dont want to lose my testicles (yet)...but I'd like to be unable to get an erection. Does this involve cutting some nerves? Does anyone know where I could/would get this done?

Your comments and help are VERY much appreciated!

Not sure if there is such a thing.

But...consider this, if you keep your testicles and are unable to get it up, you will end up with all the desire for sexual release without the ability to achive it.

Are you ready to live with that termoil?

try being locked in a cock cage.

Have your girlfriend and or someone you carefore keep the keys.

i'm currently been deprived of an erection for over a month.

girlfriend teases me to the point of release.

Then she puts an ice pac on my crotch and i go instantly limp and then she lockes me back up again.:(

An old-style radical prostatectomy will almost always result in total impotence. The difference in this is that, in about 40% of men, it can be reversed with the various pills for e.d.

The reason for impotence after the old style radical prostatectomy was that they did cut the nerves to the penis at the roots. Could also loose some sensation to the penis thus making touch or feelings in the penis also gone.

I really think that 200mg of spironolactone daily, will render you impotent.

I always thought the nerves that were cut were not sensation ones but the control ones that allowed erection? I've talked to many many men who have had prostate surgery who still orgasm (but flacid) or have had surgical implants and are functional and enjoying sex again.

I had my prostate removed last year due to cancer. The surgeon performed Nerve Sparing Surgery where he carefully peeled the nerves off of the gland rathe than sever them. The result is now I get a full very hard erection and orgasm just like pre op. The plumbing is rerouted so I do not shoot out cum like before but the sensations and orgasmic contractions are as great as ever.:dong:
