The title intrigued me so I read "A Cutter's Market" and thought it was a well-written story. It was posted in 2001 and I wonder how I missed it.
Muslim males can't have sex with men, according to the Qur'an, unless the man is a eunuch. The plot for the story, therefore, is possible for that part of the world where slavery still exists.
I wish the author well and hope he favors the readers with another story.
