I want to be chemically castrated. Can anyone tell me how to go about doing it?

To elaborate on the question in the topic, I want my sex drive gone. I'd like to start with a chemical, and therefore temporary solution, to see if it would be worth it for me, as with castration comes a number of other changes to the body, the extent of which are different for every person. So before crossing the line of no return, I'd like to experience a trial period, if you will. Some questions I have regarding chemical castration:

1. How does one go about obtaining a castrating substance? Are there any OTC options available?

2. If there are not, how does one obtain a prescription for one? From my experience, explaining your situation and asking politely doesn't cut it. You're given a strange look and courteously shown the door empty-handed.

3. Can any castrates be obtained cheaply? Funds are a bit tight. This is definitely not a practice I can maintain. I just want to experience the effects for a short time. About a week or so would be satisfactory.

4. Finally, can they be home-made ala ecstasy or other designer drugs?

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help.

Well you've come to a good source for the info you're looking for. Spend some time reading the other threads on chemical castration. There are fairly detailed threads on androcur, spironolactone and depo provera as well as offshore pharmacies that will sell these and other meds without prescriptions. Cheaply is a more subjective matter because some of these meds effect some people far differently than others so some require more meds and more cost. I highly reccomend the Inhouse Pharmacy site both as a source of meds but even more as a sourse of what is available and what each does and what each costs.

But if you're only looking to see how it is for week or so, my opinion is that you should forget it and let it remain a fantasy. These meds take far longer than a week to develop a steady state level and effect in your body. You won't have a clue about the multitude of things lowered testosterone can produce.

That so, huh? Damn. If it's not one thing, it's another. I guess I'll check the Inhouse Pharmacy website and see what the prices run. This isn't something I fantasize about, though. To the contrary, this is probably my only hope of getting the "fantasies" to shut up and leave me alone. I was hoping I would be able to feel the effects right away, and then make a decision from there whether or not to pursue surgery once I scraped together enough money. Longer than a week would suit me just fine, but I don't think I could afford it. Guess it's never that easy.

Herbs do little to nothing other then drain your pocket.

Finding a doctor can be hard. You can order drugs from the internet. This site is very good. Delivery is usually less then 2 weeks. This page is for on of the common drugs. You can find the others on the same site. http://www.inhousedrugstore.com/mens-he ... erone.html

As clysmaniac said there are very many threads on chemical castration. Read thread in this area. Chemical castration effects take some time to be fully felt. It can take some time to find the correct dose that will work for you.

To be honest chem castration is probably not your answer as it takes ages to have an effect on your mental state (at least for me it did). I tried it and various combination of tamax, androcur and finasteride (whatever its called). And it sure made some changes let me tell you, three of them being fat, depressed, and feeling like a useless old man. While lots of people here wade through these feelings and come out of it on the other side happier, it is not for everyone.

Have a read on SSRI which are more commonly known as anti depressants. These are relatively fast acting and seem to have a side effect of killing off compulsive fantasies.

There are major differences between various drugs ranging from simply making it so that no matter hard you try you can't cum and don't care (paxil) to those that just seem to remove the bad part of your drive.

I am taking one called Mirtazapine which was prescribed my by doctor for stress and depression (when I was about to loose my job last year) interestingly back then I only took one then gave them away...but about 3 weeks ago I started taking a half dose (15Mg) to see if it helped with my compulsive masturbation and fantasies not to mention bugging the crap out of my wife for sex all the time. (got to thank Ramsas for putting the idea in my head)

It made me drowsy for the first week but three weeks on I am pretty happy with the result, I don't feel like i NEED sex any more, more take it or leave it, whats more important when sex is on the agenda I can perform and perform completely normally and it feels normal as well. My fantasies are still there, but they are not drumming on my skull any more, and I can wait for my wife to instigate it rather than reaching a point where I virtually insist (bug the crap out of her till she gives in)

Unfortunately Mirtazapine is not available on in house pharmacy, and I only have 3 repeats left on my prescription so I am a bit worried about what happens when I run out if my doc will give me a new script given my new use for it. Its kinda embarrassing to admit to a bad masturbation, porn and compulsive sexual disorder. Wish inhouse had a generic too they are not cheap (tho cheaper than chem castration drugs lol)

There are parts to your sex drive? And for that matter, good parts? Anyway, the "couldn't if I wanted to - not that I do" thing sounds perfect to me. I'd looked into SSRIs before, but as I said earlier, telling people you want your libido gone is like saying you don't like Christmas. They give you this look like you're mad and you don't know what you're missing. I'll see if I can find myself some paxil. Thanks.

P.S. Can anyone else vouch for the stuff?

Side effects are different with each person.

Have you talked to a doctor about this. Counselors that deal with sexual issues could help you find a psychiatrist that could help you with the right drug and dose to effect some of the drive. That may be a good choice.

Sometimes an overactive sex drive is a symptom of clinical depression. It does not always happen that way, but it does happen. The over-active libido is a compensation and therefore not the primary problem in such cases.

IF, I am not saying that it IS this way with you, but if it is and you supress the sex drive hormonally, then the depression will come crashing in on your psyche like 10 tons of bricks.

My advice is to seek out a physician. Let the physician evaluate you for functional depression. If that is what you have and the depression is treated the libido will respond accordingly by reducing naturally.

Over-active libidos can also be rooted in other mental issues. In all such cases treating the issue will curtail the problem (libido).

Unless you have gender identity issues and despise your masculinity and are sure what you want I would highly recommend that you seek out the services of a physician before you try a course of chemical castration. Try finding a psychiatrist but if that is not possible a female general practitioner is your best bet. Look for an indigent clinic. Indigent clinics are sponsored by churches, usually, but sometimes teaching hospitals run them also.

Please be kind to yourself and remember that things are not always what they appear to be. O.K.?
