Be happy with what you have. Since my divorce in 1994 (and lack of sex), my penis when soft is 2 inches long and it becomes 4.25 inches whenever it gets hard. Ditto. Last time I used it was more than an year ago and most of the time I am the receiver rather than the giver.

It's like my penis has missed out puberty - erected at 11.5cm, I didn't notice any significance growth (maybe it got a bit thicker) when I went through puberty.
