It can be especially dangerous to pierce directly into a testicle. There is always the matter of infection, but one can damage a blood vein, or do all sort of other damage. It is a fairly common "play" practice, but one does not pierce the balls as one pierces a cock for, say, a Prince Albert through the head of the cock.

The balls can take a lot of torture, and this certainly includes needles, but there are so many other things than needles, that one should look for other ways to punish the male.

I use 7" Hypo needles and put them in and thru each testicle. I have push the needles thru both balls at one time.
