Lowering testosterone natures way.

Internet research indicates (for better or worse, accurate or not), that some natural products might help some people lower their testosterone.

Peppermint Tea, Licorice Tea, non-deglyzzerided licorice, 3+ table spoons of ground flax a day, regular consumption of soy; soy milk, soy food.

I use all, and others to help further lower my native low T.

In particular, Soy Balance tablets (OTC) 2x a day seem to help get rid of sweats and flashes. Can't prove it, but it seemed to help.

Many vitamins, on the other hand, are claimed (by the people who sell them) to improve, increase, enhance testosterone, or mitigate effects of low testosterone. Not well informed on this, but doing more research on this so that I avoid taking any such vitamins, should they indeed increase testosterone.

If anyone can debunk, add to, validate any of this it might help those of us who don't want to use harsh chemicals to minimize testosterone. Failing any further help from using natural products to minimize T, I guess I will finally submit to cyproterone acetate this Spring or Summer. Updated info on my experiences on my blog.
