Take Androcur for sex drive. Side effects?

Hi,
I am interested in taking Androcur for reducing sex drive and eliminiating nocturnal erections and emissions. I am extremely chemically sensitive and have tried the SSRI route and have bad reactions to almost all of them. I am wondering, assuming I am able to tolerate Androcur, what is the lowest dose I can take to see some results namely the avoidance of nocturnal emissions and reduced sex drive? I was planning on buying the 10 mg to see how my body tolerated it. I also have heard that this drug can shrink penis and things like that I dont want anything like that or any kind of feminization as I enjoy being a male and would like to avoid all that if possible. Would a dose of 50 to 100 mg cause these effects?
Let me rewrite my questions
1. What is the lowest dose one can take to see effects I am desiring (decreased libido, no nocturnal emissions)?
2. Will I see side effects if I am on a low dose short term (I don't plan on doing this long term just for 3 months tops)?
3. Are the side effects reversible upon discontinuation?
thanks and feel free to add any other info you feel is relevant.

If you are that sensitive, maybe you should try finasteride first. If you want to avoid feminizatin with androcur, make sure you use Tamoxafen to keep your estrogen levels down. Use the search function here as all your questions have been answered many times in other posts.
Good luck, Ramses.

Think you are asking the impossible if taking a chemical castration drug. When you reduce the testosterone levels in the body you will get side effects. Shrinkage of the penis is one of them. Feminization to some degree is also a side effect. Some weight gain, enlargement of the breast, loss of muscle mass are all related to less hormones.
If you were to take a drug like androcur (cyprotestone acetate, siterone) the normal starting dose would be 100mg a day. The does would go up or down depending on how the effects are after 4-8 weeks. 10mg is so small that you would not notice any effect. The effects of this drug are reversible even after taking months it seems. If you are just trying to just
chemical castration is not for you. You will get the other side effects which you do not want.

Any suggestions of what I should do for the results I am looking for if chemical castration isn't for me? I am only looking to temporarily decrease libido and nocturnal emissions.

Maybe finasteride, an anti-estrogen or saw palmetto in higher doses? Very low estrogen often leads to lower libido in men.

Just be aware that drugs that shut down your testicles will make changes that can't be undone at around the 6 month mark. So, pick a time frame to eval this and don't let it slip without your really wanting to continue that way.
Good Luck
