I would appreciate links to sites with castration art, drawings, and/or photos. I have Googled for hours but have not achieved much since many sites which come up are not on subject. [Hiding false search keys in sites is getting as bad as spam.]

You can find an extensive castration thread here (http://thedarkspot.com/forum/showthread.php?t=503) . Like on this board, you will have to register first. There are other threads that contain castration pictures, but this one is devoted to castration drawings and manips.

Someone here on the Archive once posted a link to a piece of their artwork which I thought was quite good. If I remember correctly they were in the San Francisco area. Has anyone heard of an artist named Hyman Bloom? I can't find anything on the net of his (at least not recently). His artwork have titles like "The Autopsy" and "Castration Complex" I believe he has a piece at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts in their Modern section. I remember seeing an exhibit of his work at a small gallery at the university of NH back in the eighties. The pieces were wonderful in that if the purpose of art is to elicit a response from the observer then these were a great success as far as I was concerned. They made me want to scream, and I mean that in a good way. I could tell from across the room that one of the works was about castration. Some people could not have guessed what it was, I ran up to the card with the title all excited, the title was something like "castration complex". If you every get a chance to see anything by this artist I highly recommend it. By the way the link to the site in Slammer's post above is well worth the time to register. I did back on the old post and I visit often.

This link will take you to a page that features lots of drawings, some of which deal with castration. The ones that don't are more exciting to us because they deal with our favorite subject: penectomy. Beware!
