At the end of your story: "Med School Graduation" you asked for story ideas. Here is one:

The boys on a High School sports team get penectomies because they think it will make them better, more aggressive players.

How about a school for boys where boys who misbehave get demerit points. When they accumulate 100 points they have to use a machine that removes 10 percent of their dicks. If 90 days go by after they get a demerit and they are not trimmed, the demerit expires.
