Oh my God! I am soooo oooo going to go there! The "Heart Attack Grill" in Scottsdale Arizona. I am gassing up the car now!

It is not so much that I particularly like that sort of food, or even the scantilly clad "nurses." The reason I so much want to go there is that I am already SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THE F***ING POLLITICAL CORRECTNESS and bullshit I have been force fed. It would be nice, seriously nice, to just have a hamburger every once in a while without the P.C. side of bullshit.

I really am going to make a point of going to this "Heart Attack Grill" the next time I am in the "Valley of the Sun."

Well, I think I could eat their cheeseburger. Nice and greasy. However I would probably want to leave half the hamburger bun. The bun, fries and the coke will upset my blood sugar balance. I have trouble explaining to people that it's only the carbs that I have to watch out for being prediabetic. So ironically I'm better off going to one of those places and getting some fat and protein.

What annoys me is all the locales that now require burgers to be cooked well done. Ruins the damn things if you ask me.

Ditto!...Yoli chimes in.

Unlike most females I prefer my steaks and burgers to be darned near raw; A nice char on the surface and still quivering within. I prefer certain cuts of venison that way too and I hoard the backstraps and tenderloins from my annual harvest of Bambi to be cooked to that specification.

I won't eat beef liver OR deer liver if it's cooked past "Pink 'n Juicy".

Even my favorite recipe for Dove breasts renders them hot, pink, and still juicy; Wrapped in bacon, a jalapeno sliver inserted into a tiny slit on each side of the breastbone, then grilled over hot bed of coals.

Dove breasts are not white meat since they fly a lot and nor are wild duck boobies, so both are great cooked in the above fashion.

Most of my fellow(ette) female friends are aghast at my preferences, but so effing WHAT?

For the record, I greatly enjoy certain marine creatures either raw or only lightly kissed by flame. So there!😄

Mmmmmmm...Beast flesh! YUMMO!

Our local Fox and/or Hound will prepare my burgers to my spec without protest, BTW.

I'm keeping a list of the people here who will eat steak with me, just so you know.

Of course, getting it served to me is another problem, but hey, at least I got us all a free meal with wine!

That free meal was quite an experience. In the end, it turned out well. :) I'm guessing I had steak. Anyway, feel free to add me to your list of steak eaters!
