translation programs

Some time ago there were some suggestions on programs to translate from one language to another. For the life of me, I cannot find that info now, even using the search function. Does anyone have suggestions - my specific interest is English to Spanish. There is one free translation program I have used, but you spend almost as much time correcting as if you just translated.

I've used them all here with stories in languages other than English, and they all suck.

Google translate is the one I use most of the time
But it is not 100 percent correct

it works for me augman, just cut and paste
