Atrophied Testicle

I was just wondering if there are any signs that may indicate that a testicle is atrophied? My left testicle has gotten noticably smaller and feels alot mushier for lack of a better word.

I have been chemically castrated for almost 10 months on 175mg of siterone a day.

well both my testicles have gotten small and hard and I assume they have atrophied at this point

I am not sure the difference between hard testicles and mushy ones but I heard they are both signs of atrophy if they are small , mine are about the size of small grapes

I took measurements of the testicles before I started chemical castration. Measured them in several different ways. I kept a log of the changes over time. Took the measurement on the first and fifteenth of the month. It is one very sound and scientific way to really know that the drug is working. Just looking at them is no way to really tell. The changes looked far different then what the measurement really was. The eyes play tricks on you. The brain wants to see changes so you may see more change then what is really going on.

The amount of change will vary from one person to another. You may still want to try measuring the size. Do you know that you are fully shut down? If you are not fully down then more shrinkage is likely.

FWIW, after 6 yrs of estrogen & progesterone only, my balls felt like grains of rice. Really hard to find.

My sack shrank and was almost flat and taught.

There was no antitestosterone during the 1970's that I knew of, so I still had sex drive, I just needed lots of foreplay to have a DRY orgasms. Tons of lube tho.

I quite HT around 1990. Everything grew back to full size except my dick. I never did a sperm count but the cum volume was low and the lube volume was large by 1998.

I realize now that I should have measured them as you did from the beginning, but I didnt. I am sure though that there has been considerable shrinkage because of the way I check them.The consistency has been changing for some time.

I just want to be there at castrate level so it will not be such as shock to my system when I clamp myself. I know how most everyone on the site feels about it but it is the option I am taking as I do not want to continue to take siterone much longer. I am just waiting on the Xylocaine with Epinepherine and Super T Predeadener. I have done alot of reading and noted how the ones that where sucessful did it and will try that and hop for the best.

At 54ng you are at castration levels. Your levels could be higher then that after castration. The adrenal gland will still be producing some testosterone. You can still see some shrinkage. Mine kept changing for some time. The amount did slow down but did change. You may want to try to use a draftsman's circle templet. See what size your ball can pass through with ease and which is difficult. You will find that one ball will most likely be larger then the other. If you are right handed the right will hang lower in most guys. Left nut if left handed.

I would not go any higher then 175mg of siterone (androcure). No reason to put more strain on the liver then need be.

Yes, with a huge rebound. Often, I could not leave the house for hours because I could not stop masturbating after the 1st ejaculation. I usually had 3 or 4 before I could stop.

This happened several times every day, thus I couldn't get out to do anything w/ my friends and family.

My life was so isolated because of that.

BTW, I NEVER had more than 1 a day my entire male life.

I wouldn't count on having your testicles recover from long periods of chemical castration or use of massive doses of Estrogen. Most people report that after about 6 months the testicles atrophy to the point they simply can't fully recover from. This is why so many of the (so called) "athletes" who abused testosterone/steroids ended up with tiny ruined testicles.

If your curious about where you stand testicles wise go ahead and measure them.

measuring the length, depth and width with a ruler or a pair of calipers.

The volume is then calculated using the formula for the volume of an ellipsoid: 4/3 π × (length/2) × (width/2) × (depth/2).

* Stage 1: (childhood): 1 to 3 milliliters

* Stage 2: (early adolescence): 4 to 6 milliliters

* Stage 3: (mid adolescence): 7 to 16 milliliters

* Stage 4: (late adolescence): 12 to 24 milliliters

* Stage 5: (adulthood): 16 to 27 milliliters

I did the ethal alcohol injections to both my testicles, a series of injections over the course of 3 or 4 months, each injection getting a bit farther apart. I allways injected 1.5ccs per testicle, deep into the center core of the gland. My testicles now are just about as small as a small olive. My right one is larger and Im considering injecting it some more to see If I might induce more atrophy in it. They are now totally useless and do not produce any more testosterone.
