What method were you thinking of 'breaking' your testicles, Torture Teen?
Do you just want to remove/kill them, or did you specifically want to have them squashed flat?

Well there is always my favorite method. Which is to play pierce them with lots of sterile medical needles. Nice way to keep that tortue going for you. 
Could always sqeeze them till they burst using my "Visible Ball Crusher", and then cut 
them off if the heavy needle play doesn't do it fast enough for you.
Although I don't know how well a flat ball would taste?

Of course it doesn't hurt to crush a man's balls - provided that you do not hit your own fingers whilst doing it!
There are two simple ways to crush or break a man's balls without pain to the one whose balls are being crushed.
1/. kill him first
2/. cut them off and then crush them.
Even if the 'victim' was deeply unconscious when the balls were crushed there would still be a lot of pain when he re-awoke. There is pain after the balls have been cut, but if done properly then it would be much less than crushing.

Sorry 'fraid not. He did ask how it could be done without pain.
Seems to me to be a bit of a contradiction. I can understand someone wishing to be castrated without pain, and a simple orchiectomy done under anaesthetic would satisfy that. But 'ball-breaking', by its very nature, indicates pain and a lot of it!
