Depends. What are your medications? Have you checked any medical references as to what the possible side effects of your medications might be? How old are you? Any illnesses or injuries that might have affected the testicles? In any case, any physician can take your blood for a quick check of total testosterone and total estrogens. This would provide a rough-and-ready guide. An endocrinologist could provide much more detailed tests if they were really needed.

As Andrew says, it depends.

If you want to know, order it done. You might have to pay for it, but they'll do it if you demand it. If nothing else, then you'll know.
