But anyway, does anyone know WHAT THE FUCK is going on here? I mean.. I was almost waiting for them to make a vagina out of everything.. but it ends with the balls being put back in and the sack sewn shut:p

Ball exposure. Hypodermic needles piercing of testicle then return the testicular to the scrotum.

By Bobbies description, it sounds like the ball exposure video STOLEN from BME.

It looked very real, not faked, it could have been faked, but I relly don't think it was.

It seemed to me that they may as well have castrated him, they had one testicle out and exposed, then the put needles in it. Why not just take it all the way at that point and castrate him? As it is, they returned the testicle, and increased the risk of infection. I hope that guy does not end up being one of the horror stories we read about in the news.... "Man rushed to hospital after botched castration..." or "Scrotal infection and bleeding lead to man's castration..." The media just loves to over inflate stories like this.

Anyway, he should have gone all the way with it and been castrated.

I didn't watch the entire video. The technique of the "Surgeon" if we can call him that was so bad I was amazed he didn't stab himself with that incredibly dull scalpel.

Not sure how they did it, but there was not enough blood! Still a cool video though

Maybe it's heavy CBT play, hard to tell, but yes the scalpel does seem a bit dull, doesn't it? I wonder, could this have been performed on a corpse? It seems the subject (or victim? ...patient?) doesn't seem to move throughout the video, leading me to wonder if it was shot in the back rooms of some mortuary somewhere to a corpse that is going to be buried or cremated the next day...that would explain the lack of movement and the lack of blood.
