best place for snip snip
I wonder where is the best place to go for surgical castration and/or penectomy? I assume Thailand but wonder if anyone can suggest alternatives, so I can have more options. I am considering having total emascualtion done sometime in 2009 but want it done safely, and legally of course. Thanks for any input!
