Breast Development Issues

Hi, I do not know whether or not this is posted in the correct forum, so please move it if it isn't.

The only issue I can see is that I need to lose a little bit of weight. Hah, little bit is an understatement - I weigh about 208 pounds and I want to lose 30-50 pounds. I am planning to start going to Bikram yoga to try to start losing weight and I have just finished my first year on hormones this last Sunday. I also just recently got my testosterone levels down to female norms and I am concerned that if I start a serious exercise regiment, I would not get as much breast development as I could if I didn't exercise.

What should I do?

I am assuming you are going on chemical castration drugs . If you maintain your weight you will most likely get some breast growth. If you gain weight the amount of breast growth will be a little more. Breast growth is related to the female hormones becoming more dominated hormone in the body.

The breast is not a muscle. So you do not exercise it. The breast is made up mostly of fat and water. Exercise will build up some of the chest muscle and all of the other muscle of the upper torso. Not sure if you want that effect. Would think your shoulders, abdomen, and arms would also get development.

Humm, Bobbie, I guess it would be best to lose just the weight to qualify for surgery (about 10 or 15 pounds since I would like a little bit of padding in case I accidentally gain a few pounds and have to pay the extra $1,000). Thanks a heap!

I had an undetected prolactin producing tumor for 12 years. When I was diagnosed my prolactin level was about 6 times that of a lactating woman, and I had grown a rather remarkable pair of breasts. While they have gone down, somewhat, in size since I have been treated for the tumor, and I have also discovered some of the reasons that girls have so much fun playing with them, since I had no wish to be feminized to begin with, you can take my breasts....Please!;)

I no longer produce sperm in my ejaculate which is very weak in intensity
