Hot flashes are one of the disadvantages of being a eunuch. Period. They are the result of the body trying to adjust to a change in testosterone levels. As the adjustment continues, the hot flashes become less frequent and less intense. After a while they are over. Until you change your testosterone levels again and force your body to adjust once again.

From my own experience, from talks with other eunuchs, and from my interaction with The Menobabes, I suggest you simply learn to live with the hot flashes until they go away. A good resource is...

Hot flashes from hormones should last only a day or two. Once your body has accepted the "invader" these should end, along with any dizzyness and/or nausea one may experience.

'Hot flashes from hormones?'

I dont' recall having those when I had HRT. I just felt like I was going through puberty again - anxiety, oily skin, temper, some dizziness, among other things. It's the withdrawals that suck.
