Half way through 'Ice Pirates' there is a snip-snip device that the hero is saved from.
Assembly line castration fantasy. Ouch

I found this clip on youtube from Carrie 2 (not for squeemish) - some ?teens? are trying to stop her and a girl with a harpoon has her eyes exploded and in her pain, she swings the gun away and hits her comrade in the groin and launched the harpoon through him, supposidly taking his manhood with it.

Yeah, that is one of my favorites. You can see it briefly at about 1:20 in the following video montage:
