I sent in my first story today. It may have some misspelled words, and type o's. I hope everyone will enjoy it. It is fiction, but based on a real incident. No one will know the real players in this story. I hope to get some feedback. PLease be honest.

For a first try, not bad at all. Keep at it, and dont' be discouraged from lack of feedback. It's an ongoing problem.

If you need an editor, let me know. I'll be happy to run future documents through MS Word for you and send back the files for you to post.

I understand that I've been the most prolific author of late, at least in terms of quantity.

Alas, I've also now learnt not to expect too much feedback, & I do consider that a major problem to motivation for authors to continue, particularly new writers. The readership thereby do themselves & this superb facility a major disservice.

However, I additionally recognise the reality that the site will always have many more voyeurs than contributors, given the realities of the world in which we live.

Please, don't let these facts dissuade you from writing & posting, & taking whatever help is proferred!

I will keep at it I appreciate the help that both of you have given me. I have alot of ideas for stories. I want to contribute, and hopefully even educate people some. I have learned alot from the Archive, and I am glad it is here.
