Wiki Eunuch - Encyclopedia Eunucha

Well, it's been a while since I posted something meaningful. Sorry everyone.

I'm here to offer a suggestion. Wikipedia dominates the Internets' online encyclopedia needs, right? But what if we created our own Eunuch Wiki? Forums are not ideally suited to explaining the effects of castration, the necessary aftercare, or offering suggestions as to how each individual is likely to experience it, as they are made up of hundreds of individual entries... the accuracy of all is left to the individual. But - in true Web 2.0 - fashion ... what if we were to collaborate on a wikipedia style encyclopedia eunucha?

We would be able to include our own personal experiences, pages for each of us, opinions, and to create articles about specific phenomenon (how universal (or rare) each individual phenomenon is). Just how universal IS the eunuch calm (http://rogerdavies.com/mediawiki-1.9.0/ ... unuch_calm)? Is a chemical eunuch (http://rogerdavies.com/mediawiki-1.9.0/ ... cal_eunuch) a real eunuch, and how would you define a eunuch (http://rogerdavies.com/mediawiki-1.9.0/ ... tle=Eunuch) anyway?

Media Wiki (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki) is what wikipedia is based on, and is open source and completely free. And these are all eunuchy questions that nobody is fit to answer but ourselves, and by contributing each of our thoughts we will end up generating a series of documents who's importance may outlive our own lives. And I suggest that our eunuch encyclopedia might even end up becoming a more reliable source about eunuchs than any existing myths or proposed encyclopedia entries. Please feel free to modify any existing entries on my server. In fact, if it seems like a good idea I would be happy to make the databases freely available and to copy any existing data anywhere. (it may turn out not to be a good idea!) but it was something that just occured to me.

Just as The Archives were once just a newsgroup, and branched out to become a forum ... I wonder if we might benefit from branching out again and consider the idea of integrating some kind of wiki area.

Sounds like an interesting idea. My only concerns would be seperating fact from fiction. Informations should be posted by eunuchs and not those into fantasy. Also how would we keep negative posts and hate messages out of the E Eunucha? Since I do not know how Wikpedia works I need to ask.

Oh and by the way it is great to see you posting again, hugs.
