Before Castration

Before you go and get castrated, it would be in your best intrest to make a few changes.
1.) Take a multi-vitamin- This will make your body more resistant to damage, help prevent you from getting sick, and gives the body what it needs to heal. Also on a side note, multi- vitamins have all the vitamins you need for a day but your body cannot store some so cut it in half take one half in the morning and the other half at night.
2.) Cut down your omega 6 intake, you can do this by avoiding, soy, corn oil, other warm weather vegetable oils or products made with those or grain fed animal meat. High intake of Omega 6 has been linked to inflammation and a higher chance to become dependent on anti-inflammatory medications.
3.) Up your intake of Omega-3 you can do this by eating fish, cooking with olive oil, avocado and macadamia nut oil, or taking fish oil supplements, I suggest you do all three. Omega 3 has been linked to not only helping cholesterol and anti-inflammation properties but also having benefits for the brain and nerves system.
4.) Take fiber pills- By supplementing the fiber your not getting in your diet, you lower you cholesterol and lower your chance of developing colon cancer. Oh if your wondering how the fiber works it binds with the bile and gets rid of it unused bile is converted to cholesterol.
5.) Fast at least once a month. Studies have shown Muslims who fast during Ramadan have higher good cholesterol and lowers inflammation of the blood vessels. Remember stay hydrated while you fast.
6.) Get some Sun- 15 to 20 minutes of direct sun will get you all the vitamin D you need. Vitamin D is needed not only for a strong skeletal system, but is also needed by the immune system to function properly. If your like me and you don't get enough vitamin D from the sun there are supplements.
7.) Eat probiotic foods, people who eat probiotics have stronger immune systems.
8.) Reduce Calorie intake- By reducing your calorie intake you can extend your life, improve your quality of, and live a much happeir life. Some of the possible outcomes is, improved brain power or focus, decreased inflammation, lowers the risk of cancer, boosts happiness, lose weight. Start out slow, substitue junk food with healthy alternatives, then reduce by a small amount like 5% then when you got that down cut it by another 5% so you have reduced your calorie intake by 10% and so on.
